Intro Personal Training

(Beginners to CrossFit)

This option is for one on one Intro sessions. If you are more interested in a group setting, please see the group training page for the intro program pricing. The 4 intro sessions are recommended for everyone who has never had any formal weight lifting experience and/or has never completed a CrossFit workout. These Intro Sessions are designed to teach you safe and efficient form on the basic fundamental exercises. I.e. Squat, Dead lift, KB Swing, Clean, Overhead Press, Sit up, Pull Up, and Rowing. Upon completing these 3 sessions you should feel confident in entering a full CrossFit workout and feel safe in your movements. Further Personal Training may be purchased to assist you in further improving any weak areas of your fitness. These Sessions do not have to be CrossFit specific. A personal training program will be developed for you based on your individual needs, abilities, and goals.

Alpha CrossFit trains weekend warriors, busy moms, business people, athletes, post rehab patients and seniors to get the most out of their lives.  We encourage each individual to become the best they can be, improve human performance and incorporate balance into their lives.  For many people, our CrossFit group workouts will satisfy the need for improving their fitness level, yet the group workouts are not the ideal solution for every person and/or situation. Whether you feel that you need a quick “jump-start” into CrossFit, before you begin group classes, have specific goals, play a sport, or just feel the need for more personalized instruction, personal training may be the best option for you. With over 15 Years of combined training experience, Alpha CrossFit’s trainers will build a personal training and meal plan specific to you and we will get you to the place you have always dreamed of. 1 – Session $65

3 – Sessions $180 / $60 per workout

6 – Sessions $330 / $55 per workout

12 – Sessions $600 / $50 per workout

Personal Training Policies

All Personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length. Please arrive early to complete a given warm-up, so we can use your 45 minutes for working out. All sessions are prepaid prior to starting the first workout. Payment plans are available upon request. All workoutsare pre-scheduled with an individual trainer.
