CrossFit Endurance Class

CrossFit Endurance classes will introduce you to more safe and efficient running techniques by correcting common running form mistakes and re-training your brain & body for proper running. These techniques promote faster running with less injury potential. These classes are designed to teach you how to run faster safer and more effeciently. 

A certified CrossFit Endurance coach will video tape you running and take you through a progression of drills to teach your muscles to fire in the right sequence and develop muscle memory and timing (i.e. posture drills, wall drills, partner drills, jump rope drills & work with the metronome).

             $50 per month                                                                      $85 per month

*Each session is 1 hour in length. Participants are encouraged to come 5-10 minutes early, to complete a warm-up prior to their session, in order to maximize time with thecoach. 


**It is highly recommended that you continue a regular CrossFit training schedule while learning proper running technique -- especially if your goal is to complete any distance race in the future. CrossFit classes will continue to increase your strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, flexibility and all other general physical skills needed to perform at a race or event.


If you are interested a training program designed for you to complete in a certain distacnce race ie: 5k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon, Full marathon, please contact Head Enduracne Coach Lauren at 830.643.1811 A program will be drawn up for you on a calendar from a pre-designated start day until race day. A fee will apply based on the distance of the race and the follow up you require throughout your program.
